Grace College has received word from
Ohio State Police confirming that
a Grace student, Joseph Ross, was killed in an accident on
Friday, September 22, 2006 between 9 and 10 a.m. Joe was
a freshman residential student from Locust Grove, Virginia.
The campus community extends our deepest sympathy and prayers to the Ross
family.
Joe, We didnt have enough time to get to know you as much as we would have liked. The hall just isnt the same without you, and our soccer team isnt the same either. We miss you!!!

| Ok, so, I just basicly spent the last month of my life in Brazil, and let me tell you, it is SO different. It took me a while to realize it, but i love Brazilian culture, and I love Brazil itself. Once i got past the food (rice & beans EVERY day) and the toilet paper thing (they dont flush it, it goes in a trash can beside the bowl), it wasnt all that bad.
The Christians down there are the most dedicated followers of Christ I have EVR seen. It was great just to see how strong they were. Basicly nobody there grows up learning about Christianity, even though it is a Catholic nation. Really weird. I learned so much about myself, and so much about my future. God is really amazing in the way he reveals Himself. I'm looking foward to Grace so much now, just to see where God will take me next!
